This project environment already has an active app environment for the same platform, so no app environment was created or restored. Each project environment holds one Android app and one iOS app. Deactivate the existing app first, or, when creating, choose another environment kind.
What to do next
- Inspect the actual error.message, field_errors, retryable and Retry-After values.
- For the same operation, preserve the body and idempotency key as required by the API. Do not retry indefinitely.
- Include time, error code and request_id when requesting help, but exclude secrets, tokens and personal data.
